Accreditation and CertificationĮmory University Hospital Midtown’s Medical Laboratory Science Program is fully accredited by the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS). Students receive weeks off for holidays and breaks. Hours vary, but are typically 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Students attend lectures daily for the first several months, then complete clinical rotations for the remainder of the program. The program schedule is Monday through Friday. The program length is 11 months and begins in August.
